Coaching & Mentoring
An alumni of the National Culture Forum – Leading Learning Programme Strinda has been a mentor for a number of arts sector practitioners: an ACW Creative Wales Award recipient, a freelance cultural entrepreneur and a senior local government arts officer.
As a mentee herself, including when on the Aspire local government leadership programme, Strinda has an insight into the mentoring process. She recently received top-up training in mentoring from Arts & Business North West as part of the AD:UK Leading Learning programme.
Passionate about engaging and supporting people development Gill is an advocate of how effective leadership can shape the lives of individuals and teams, with a belief that talent and potential exists in everyone.
Flexible and open-minded, Gill’s consideration of different coaching models neither governs nor obstructs the natural flow of coaching conversations.
Trained in ILM Level 7 executive Coaching and Mentoring, Gill works with individuals and teams on relational dynamics. The areas she covers include:

- Organisational development/strategic planning
As a fluent Welsh speaker Gill offers coaching through the medium of Welsh. Gill currently works as a mentor for Enterprising Women.
